Our Association was started in 2005 by our current President, Mr. Kyle Atkins, to better his surrounding community not only his family but for his neighbors.  Since then we have grown into a group helping each other with minor repairs to homes, cleaning up yards for those who cannot do it themselves, assisting tenants with bed rental homes and/or landlords and visa versa good landlords with bad tenants.  Our Association Goal is to assist all Homeowners, Renters, Landlords and Business Owners of the southern part of Warren, Michigan in improving their surrounding for the betterment of all that live in and around our Coverage Area.  We assist everyone in better understanding City of Warren ordinances and laws whenever needed.  We are also working on receiving Grants from other organizations to help assist our members with home and business improvements for those that are unable to make improvement themselves.

Our Adopt A Family Fund was started in October of 2008.  This fund was suggested by our current Vice President, Mr. James McDannel, to help families through trying times when needed.  In our first year we were able to assist 9 families at the holiday time with all new coats, their holiday meal and some basic toys for the children as we believe no child should be without a Christmas.  We are continuing this fund throughout the year assisting members through these trying times whenever needed.

We have many more programs as the year goes on such as Plow Out help during the winter months and grass cutting in the summer months with many special events such as our Flea Markets and Mom to Mom Sale.
